Goal: Make DispoTree the default starting point. Dora as a light operator.
What it enables:

- Property packaged (description, disclosure, 3 copy variants)
- Deal page generated with buyer registration + tracking
- Email blasts sent, inbox monitored, replies tagged
- WhatsApp notifications sent (basic)
- Drive folder created with organized deal docs
- Broker notified of buyer inquiries
- Activity monitored with Telegram alerts

Phase 1 — Connected Systems (3 skills)
Goal: Dora connects everything, tracks everything, assists in decision-making.
What it adds:
- Campaigns pushed through gohighlevel + engagement tracked
- Buyers scored by activity/reliability/speed → hot buyer alerts
- Optimal channel + timing selected per buyer-deal pair
- Smart buyer segmentation (tiers 1-4)

Phase 2 — Autonomous Operation (3 skills)
Goal: Dora runs workflows without being asked.
What it adds:
- Offers ingested from any channel → buyer qualified → contract tracked
- Follow-ups auto-sent contextually, deals re-routed when stalled
- Pricing adjustments suggested, best-fit buyers targeted
- Full CRM sync, messaging sync, marketplace expansion
