Handles the full deal intake pipeline: accepts uploaded contract documents, extracts structured deal data via OCR/parsing, creates the deal entity in Dispotree, and performs automated clause vetting against predefined rules. Acts as the front-door skill for bringing new deals into the system.
- Contract ingestion — Accept PDF/DOCX uploads, extract text, identify key clauses and terms
- Dispotree creation — Map extracted fields into the Dispotree deal schema and persist the deal record
- Clause vetting — Run extracted clauses against a vetting rulebook; flag risks, missing terms, or deviations
